What is the processing time?

Each piece is made by hand, start to finish, by me.


Please allow 2–10 business days for your order to be created before it ships.

I take my time to make sure every detail feels right and something you’ll be proud to gift or keep.


During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be closer to the longer end. If you need something by a specific date, feel free to reach out before ordering and I’ll do my best to help.

What is your cancellation policy?

I’m happy to cancel your order within 2 hours of it being placed.


After that, production begins and materials are prepared specifically for your piece, so cancellations are no longer possible.

What is your refund policy?

Because each item is custom made, I do not accept returns or refunds.


However, if your order arrives with an issue, please reach out within 3 days of delivery. I’ll gladly work with you to make it right through a replacement or store credit.

What should I expect with handmade wood products?

Each piece is made from real wood and finished by hand.
This means:

  • Natural grain patterns will vary
  • Stain tones may appear slightly different in person vs. on screen
  • Small variations or tiny imperfections can occur

These are not defects, they are part of what makes each piece unique and one of a kind.
